Kubota Builds Its MU Series Story Around Power And Trust

A campaign built around ‘Dum Bhi. Bharosa Bhi.’, for Kubota’s MU Series tractors has been conceptualised by Hashtag Orange. The campaign focuses on the relationship between farmers and their machines.

From Features To Farmer Confidence

The communication connects two ideas. Power enables performance. Reliability builds confidence. The campaign features the newly launched MU4502 and MU5002 tractors. Both models are available in 2WD and 4WD variants.

Instead of leading with specifications, the campaign focuses on the trust farmers place in tractors used across different agricultural applications.

For marketers, the approach is notable because it translates technical performance into an emotional benefit. The product’s engineering becomes proof of a larger promise around dependability.

Engineering Meets A Human Insight

The MU Series comes with an 8-year warranty, a KQ4P 4-cylinder Japanese engine and a 12+4 Synchro Gear Transmission.

The tractors are positioned for field preparation, puddling, haulage and PTO-driven operations. Hashtag Orange co-founder and Chief Creative Officer Amit Shankar said the campaign looks beyond product features to the human relationship between farmers and their machines.

It also gives Kubota a platform that can extend beyond a single launch, particularly in a category where purchase decisions involve long-term utility and trust.

The Last Word

In agricultural marketing, technical specifications establish capability. Building the relationship around trust can give those specifications a more meaningful role in the buying story.
